WOD (Workout of the Day)
Bear complex WOD! Monday, April 26
Quick fun warm up followed by our dead hang pull up sets.
Then a strength session of Bench Presses: 3-2-1-1-1
And on to the WOD: 5 rounds for time:
200 m run
Bear Complex (power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, push press x 5 or 7 rounds)

Sunday is Fun Day, April 25

Today’s WOD is to go out and have a good time! Easy to do when you live on Maui! Some suggestions:
• Mountain bike ride in Makawao Forest
• Play in the ocean; kite sail, windsurf, surf, boogie board, paddle, swim, etc.
• Walk or run on the beach. Baldwin is a great running beach!
• Join the bicycling gang for a ride to Hana! Leaving Twin Falls at 6:00 AM!
• Hike in Olinda, another great trail!
Endless fun surrounds us here on this beautiful island! Get out and enjoy!
