WOD: Tabata Something Else
32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The clock does not stop:
8 intervals pull ups
8 intervals push ups
8 intervals sit ups
8 intervals squats

ALL CLASSES WILL RUN AS REGULARLY SCHEDULED WITH THESE EXCEPTIONS: NO 6:00 AM CLASS MON, DEC 26!
Please make sure to reserve your spot in ALL classes. You can make your reservations for the entire week at once. Not only will it help the coaches prepare for larger class sizes and track attendance it may help you stay committed.
As our website gets remodeled this week there will be no posting of the WODs the night before.
