“Haleakala” is Hawaiian for “House of the Sun.” On Saturday we sneaked in a warm up on “Kill Hill,” with the pineapple fields and Haleakala energizing us. We’ll draw from the same dynamism during the Sugar House Half!
Warm Up:

Then…
AMRAP 3 min
5 front squats
5 push press
5 pull ups
rest 3 minutes, repeat for a total of 4 cycles
