We simply hated to say good bye to our dear friend Joan Wednesday as she has been working out with us for the past six weeks and has become part of the family. What an inspiration Joan has been to all of us! And now we all have good reason to go to 5B CrossFit in Hailey, Idaho! We will miss you Joan!

What a great pleasure it has been having Greg and Mallee Amundson here. The highlight of the week was watching Greg do Tuesday’s mainsite WOD on the north shore of Maui! The Amundson’s head home to Imperial,CA, today. Aloha and Mahalo!
