Another stop on the Northwest Box Hoping Tour brought me to Jogo CrossFit in Bellingham. This box is huge and very well equipped with top of the line everything from Rogue. Every single WOD I’ve done this week has included squats of some kind. Today it was Tabata Something Else! Coach Jonathan, a super nice guy and a fabulous coach, put us threw a good warm up before the WOD. On the way out I was fortunate enough to meed Brad. With any luck both of these guys will find there way to CrossFit UpCountry Maui and do some coaching. Hmmm, my house might be getting pretty full!
Bellingham is home of Western Washington University. Fairhaven Village is near the campus. Talk about great coffee!

The Northwest Box Hopping Tour continues as I travel north up Interstate 5. I had the pleasure of working out at Mt. Baker CrossFit on Thursday and talked story with owner, Chip. I’ve had this box on my radar for a long time and it was wonderful to finally visit them. Almost 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space makes doing sprints inside a luxury when the weather isn’t so good outside! And of course, Chip may too come visit our box.
