Sunday is either a rest day or a fun day depending on how you see it. Just take a beak from CrossFit and enjoy the “other things” in life, which we all know are far more important than your CrossFit Total, your Fran time or your FGB score. Cherish your children because they won’t live at home forever. Spend some quality time today with your family and ENJOY!
