11/24 – THANKSGIVING: We will celebrate Thanksgiving Day on Thursday with one class only at 8 a.m. Come burn some calories before we pack them back on! We hope you have a happy and safe holiday!

11/25 – BLACK FRIDAY: We will cancel the early class of 5:45 a.m. Friday due to Black Friday. Feel free to buy us some good stuff! All other Friday classes will be held as scheduled.
