sheila1-28 Great morning at the track, despite the soggy conditions.

After reviewing the dumb bell squat clean we did 3 rounds for time:

400m run with 6/8 lb ball

10 dumb bell squat cleans

20 walking lunges with dumb bells

Second lap was an 800m run without balls.
