First, some bench presses! 3-3-3-3-3

Then a WOD of 5 rounds for time:

5 dumb bell burpees (YES, these count towards today’s burpee challenge of 24!)

10 knees to elbows

10 OH walking lunges with barbells and a more challenging weight

Then! We’ll add a third piece of some serious double unders practice… one minute on, 30 seconds rest for 5 cycles (7:00 minutes.)


What a fabulous day! First, the early class included two wonderful mainland visitors, Mark, from King CrossFit in Renton, Washington, and Jor, from Fremont, California! These guys rocked! Especially doing toes to bar! We also had PR’s all over the place with bench presses and lots of improvement in the double-unders mini WOD at the end. Nice work everyone!
