And the moment you’ve all been waiting for…. THE WOD IS….. Kelly! 5 rounds for time:
400m run (oh, no, not again you say? Yes! Again! Let’s get faster!)
30 Box jumps
30 Wall balls

Today we are NOT going to meet under the bleachers but over by the restrooms instead. The walls there are great for wall balls and we are going to introduce and try the 2-fer. A “2-fer” is when you throw the ball high on the wall and do an air squat in the time it takes for the ball to come back down, essentially doing two squats for each throw. We won’t do this during the WOD but will see how we do in practice. (Yes, 300 wall balls would be too many!)
