WOD: Chelsea • Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
• 5 Pull-ups
• 10 Push-ups
• 15 Squats

You’ve come a long way, Baby!
Amber leaves Monday morning for her Level 1 certification in San Diego. We are all so excited for her! To send her off we are having a special WOD at Coach Kaye’s house Sunday morning to make sure she is plenty sore before she gets on the plane. 8:30 AM. Email if you need directions!
