WOD for Wed, Nov 3

Working hard to get the classes rolling on time. Please join me in showing respect for the ones that are there and ready to go at the top of the hour. Many thanks.  We are trying to cram a lot into the hour and the one thing that usually gets cut short is our mobility drills and stretching.

Our warm up will consist of more level testing;
• 500m row
• wall balls

WOD: It’s a deadlift day! 5 rounds for time:
• 10 deadlifts
• 20 box jumps
• 30 double unders

After a recovery period we are going for another short heavy met con WOD. Be ready!
