Did Somebody Say “Murph?” Wed, Feb 2

Long before I heard about CrossFit I read the book “The Lone Survivor” by Marcus Luttrell.  Michael Murphy was one of the Navy Seals who died in this mission Luttrell writes about.  It was one of the first CrossFit workouts I ever did.  Too bad I didn’t know about “scaling” then.

Wednesday’s warm up is all about getting better at your “goat” and reviewing the pose running method.

Then we’ll tackle the WOD, Murph, for time:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Scaling is allowed.  There will be a few options.
