Welcome Ryan! A senior at Seabury Hall, Ryan has set some tough goals for himself and CrossFit UpCountry Maui is going to see him get there.  Please introduce yourself to Ryan who will most likely be attending the 6 AM class before school with his mom, Riette.  Wait till you see his Olympic lifts. Strength: Back Squat

WOD: 6 rounds for time;
50′ OH walking lunge with 45# barbell
50′ sprint
10 burpees
5 pull ups
