Saturday Class Changes, Feb 26

We’ve added a class on Saturday!  There will be two morning workouts, 8 and 9:00 AM.   New comers are welcome to attend either as their free intro. Hopefully this will help accommodate more schedules.

Warm Up:  Mini “Boot Camp”
Skill/Review: Sumo Deadlift High Pull

WOD: AMRAP 3 minutes
10 wall balls
15 SDHP
Rest 1 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 cycles
