A new session of the Basics Training starts Monday at 9:30 AM. We have had a last minute cancellation so there is still room!

Laurie and Sheila have such great form getting the bar off the ground. Good form will make getting through today’s workout much easier!

Warm up: 3 rounds of Cindy, clean practice

Skills: L-sits, L-hangs and L-hang pull ups

WOD: The BEAR! 5 rounds for load:
Complete 7 sets of the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
There is no time component. Break up or combine movements anyway as long as all movements are full range of motion. No resting the bar on the ground between rounds.
