We LOVE Joe! Sun, Apr 3

What an awesome workout Joe led us through Saturday. This WOD was one of Mark Divine’s SEALFIT™ sessions but only a fraction of what the aqua lung guys do. Joe has been working out at Mark’s facility in Encinitas, CA, for about 7 months. Joe is in phenomenal shape and has given us so much inspiration. Our box will simply never be the same. Thank you Joe. We just don’t ever want you to go!
