Tuesday’s WOD: “Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Don’t forget the Wednesday nutrition talk with our new member Kinsey.  She has graciously offered to share her extensive research and knowledge about how her paleo style diet has dramatically reduced her autoimmune systems and given her a whole new outlook on health in general.  She will present from 8:50 to 9:10 AM between the two classes.
