Muscle Snatch + OHS + Snatch Balance + Stots Press Muscle snatch Snatch Balance

WOD: AFAP;
800m run (sub four solid minutes of singles or 1000 k row)
Then 3 rounds of:

  • 20 KB swings
  • 15 box jumps
  • 10 medicine ball cleans

Finish with another 800m run (sub four solid minutes of singles or 1000 k row)
