Exciting Changes Coming Soon! Tues, 9/27

We will be adding some new classes to the schedule very soon!  Starting next week there will be a Monday night class at 5 PM. And starting Tuesday afternoon, November 1st, we will be adding our CrossFit For Teens classes at
4 PM, Monday through Thursday!  Stay tuned for more details…..
