Milestone Monday, 11/14

As of last week every Monday will be dedicated to benchmark WODs. It will either be a Girls Named WOD, a HERO or Benchmark WOD.  This is a great opportunity to get more times and scores into your notebooks.  It’s the best way to measure your progress.  Doing a WOD as prescribed is a goal for many.  However, rushing into too heavy a weight is not a good thing. There will be no 8:30 AM class due to the lecture.
