Ready or not… Nicole! Tues, Jan 24

It’s been since our track days that we have done “Nicole.”  Time to get another benchmark in the books!

Warm Up: DROM
Then: 2 rounds
2 rope ascends
25 GHD back extensions
25 squats

Skill/mobility:
Handstand holds (goal 1 minute)
Super frog (hip mobility)

Strength: Wendler deadlift

Workout: “Nicole” AMRAP 20 min
400m run
max rep pull ups
Score is total number of pull ups

This is definitely one of those WODs where you leave your ego at the door. If you are unable to link many consecutive pull ups you will want to use a band that will allow you to get as many reps as possible.
