Saturday’s shenanigans

Get psyched for a new week! Coming up are the final three strength days on the bodyweight / dumbbell strength cycle. We’re starting a new eight-week linear series on July 2. Hit the weights hard this week and be prepared to see the barbells back in action. Also, Tuesday will mark the retesting of your bodyweight strength movements that we assessed at the start of this month (pull-ups, dips and push-ups). Keep working on your foundational strength work during the beginning of class; the movements are essential, and yet they’re easy to lose without practice. In all, we’re seeing some sick PRs go up on the new PR board! Finish this month out strong. See you in the box!
