Take the first 20 minutes of class to make up missed lifts; work on weaknesses; and stretch out.

B. Metcon

For time:

800 meter run

30 wall balls

10 knees to elbows

400 meter run

30 wall balls

10 knees to elbows

200 meter run

30 wall balls

10 knees to elbows
