Here’s the workout for Friday, June 29, 2012:

A. Strength

1. Good mornings

2. Hip bridges

B. Metcon

In 3:00, AMRAP:

5 power cleans

15 sit-ups

30 double-unders

Complete three rounds, with 1:00 rest between each round. Start the new round where you left off. Score is total rounds and reps.

Beginner: Below 95 / below 65; hang power clean with dumbbells or barbell

Intermediate: 130 to 95 / 90 to 65

Advanced: 135 / 95
