A. Make up strength

Take the first 20 minutes of class to make up missed lifts. Find your 1RM or EST 1RM in the back squat, press and deadlift. Talk with a coach about how to get there. If you’re up to date with strength work, use this time as open gym.

YOGA FOR CROSSFITTERS FROM 9 TO 10 A.M.

Ann’s popular one-hour Yoga for CrossFitters session will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Get in this much-needed restorative work, especially during a week where you’re maxing out on lifts. Physical therapy is expensive. Why not be cost-effective and proactive by using some of the same stretches? Bring a mat and an open mind.
