PRS ALL OVER THE PLACE

DEAR CFUM: Please stop PRing. You will force us to get a new whiteboard. In all seriousness, the last week has been chock full of jaw-dropping personal records, with many of you adding scores of pounds to your back squat and press. Highlights include Andre’s back squat PR of more than 60 pounds, which may have surpassed his high school record; Leah’s press of 100#; Juli’s back squat of 155#; Maria’s squat of 160#; and many others. In talking with Gabby tonight, we concluded that we don’t just have a few standout athletes in our box — CFUM rolls deep. Exhibit A: More than six females are between 100# and 110# in their press and even more are well over 200# in their squats. We can’t wait to see what Friday’s deadlifting holds. Great work sticking with the strength and seeing your number skyrocket. We couldn’t be more stoked.
