A. Make up skill / strength

Take the first 25 minutes of class to work on missed lifts (Wendler week 3, month 1), or talk to a coach about tackling your goats. Group stretch at the 25-minute mark.

B. Metcon

Run 200 meters

6 burpee box jump overs (24/20)

AMRAP wall balls (20/14)

Complete five rounds, resting 1:30 between each. Score is wall ball total.

• SATURDAY: 11 A.M. LAHAINA CROSSFIT — Come cheer on your fellow athletes as they participate in the 3rd annual Winter Strength Challenge, a local CrossFit competition. There’s still time to join the RX or scaled divisions. Have fun, sweat hard and donate to a good cause; the event is a fundraiser for Maui Food Bank.

• SUNDAY: 11 A.M. AT THE BOX — Moving day! Calling all Upcountry friends and family: We’d love to have your help moving mats and other equipment about 50 meters from our current location to our new box (we will be operational in the new spot by Feb. 1). This WOD is an AMRAP, and it’s not for time. The more the merrier, and any kokua is appreciated!
