Mobility master Josh inflicts pain on the best of them, but it’s all for the purpose of mobility. MOBWOD this week at 9 a.m. will focus on the lower body (video below), in preparation for Saturday’s unofficial in-house meet. As much as wincing is inevitable, Josh coaches participants to relax into each movement and avoid tensing the neck or face muscles, which inhibits mobility. Meanwhile coaches are on standby with a camera, looking for that picture-perfect painface. Hope you’re enjoying mobwod as much as we are!
