A crew of us from CFUM headed out to Chutes & Ladders in West Maui on Sunday. It’s cool to see CrossFit benefit our everyday activities. Functional fitness doesn’t get much better than this!

A. AMRAP in 5:00 with teams of two:

Partner 1 – 30 double-unders

Partner 2 – weighted front plank hold (25/10)

Switching; if partner 2 drops before 1 finishes, 5 burpee penalty.

B. Back squat

3 x 5

Add 10 pounds to starting weight, only if you’ve been consistent.

C. Seven rounds for time:

7 dumbbell thrusters (35/20)

7 box jumps (24/20)

7 v-ups
