SCHEDULE UPDATES – CLOSED NEW YEAR’S DAY

In talking with classes this week, we decided to close New Year’s Day. Instead, we will program metcons on Thursday for open gym so you can sweat out the sweets, alcohol, whatever you are consuming over the holidays. Metcons will start at 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Thursday. (Changes to schedule are marked in red).

Keep in mind that the Whole 30 / Paleo Challenge is starting on Jan. 6. Start cleaning out your cupboards and get prepared: Your days of eating poorly are numbered.

• NEW YEAR’S EVE (12/31): Condensed holiday schedule with TWO classes – 6 a.m. AND 8:30 a.m.

• NEW YEAR’S DAY (1/1): CLOSED

• THURSDAY (1/2): NO MOB WOD; open gym will run as scheduled; we will program metcons, which will start at 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• NEW EARLY-MORNING CLASS TIME: 6 a.m. is moving to 5:45 a.m. on Jan. 6 — the first full week of January (this has been pushed back from Dec. 30)

• 30-DAY WHOLE 30 OR PALEO CHALLENGE: Jan. 6 – Feb. 6

• JANUARY BASICS: 9 a.m. Jan. 11. Due to back-to-back holiday weeks, we will hold our January Basics class one week later than originally scheduled.
