Advanced: Up – burpee / down – plank on palms
Beginner: Up – burpee / down – sprawl (bottom of burpee)
B. Stretch
C. “365 reps in 2013”
For time:
2,013-foot run (613 meters – hit 200 meter turnaround mark on the way back from 600-meter run)
Then:
100 air squats
100 pull-ups
100 sit-ups
65 push-ups
The 365 reps may be partitioned any way and completed solo or in teams of two with one partner working at a time. All must start with run and complete it before starting bodyweight movements.
