Our good friend and pro strongman Grant Higa, a Big Island native and Washington state resident, spent time in Hana earlier this week. With no gym, he took it to the beach and did some rock cleans, presses and carries. Goes to show that fitness can be found anywhere. No excuses! Thanks for training with us, Higamonster!
