Support our Upcountry Barbell Club lifters, who will be participating in the first All-Comers Weightlifting Meet on Saturday (today), hosted by CrossFit Maui in their new Kahului location. Weigh-ins start at 9 a.m. First lifts begin at 10 a.m. Get there around 9 a.m. to watch the inspiring Queen Emma Athletic Club youth weightlifters, led by Coaches Okada and Kauhaahaa. We’re stoked to cheer on our crew as they use this casual meet to prepare for February’s USAW sanctioned meet on Oahu. Go UBC!
