Nice work on “Grace” today. We saw a ton of PRs — many of you completed the workout at RX weights for the first time; others shaved minutes or seconds off their score; and some were stoked just to make it through 30 clean and jerks. The records board started one way in the morning and ended up shuffling around by the end of the day. Talk about exciting to watch. Great job to all who came out. Way to kick off your weekend!
