Take 15 minutes to build to a challenging clean and jerk – any style

Minute 1: 10 burpee box jumps (24/20)

Minute 2: 12 lunges with bumper plate overhead (45/25) (6/side)

Minute 3: 14 Russian kettlebell swings (70/53)

This conditioning workout will be unscored. Your attendance will be your pass/fail score.
