Take 10-15 minutes to build to your best power clean and push jerk for the day. Once you miss, drop to 75-85% and do a set of 10 reps, working on consistency.

Minute 2: 6-12 strict pull-ups

Minute 3: 40 double-unders

Minute 4: 12 reverse lunges with kettlebells (53/35)
