052017 WOD

A. Group warm-up: Coach’s choice

B. MODIFIED MURPH PARTNER WOD

Teams of 2: 10 Rounds for time

10 pull-ups 

20 push-ups 

30 air squats 

100 meter run 

*1 partner works 1 partner rests 

**Both partners run at the end of each round 

 Each set of each different movement is split between the two partners and must be fully completed before the other partner starts the next movement. (each partner would complete five pull-ups, ten push-ups, 15 squats) 

At the end of the workout each partner will have completed half of Murph and accumulated 1000 m of running

We will be doing Murph for Memorial Day (May 29th). Today’s workout will serve as a great primer/ warm-up for the full Murph workout.
