C. Against a 3:00 running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as

possible of:

6 push-ups

9 air squats

12 Russian kettlebell swings (53/35)

Repeat for five sets; resting 60 seconds between each. Pick up

subsequent rounds where you leave off.
