We had over 25 back squat PR’s today! Thanksgiving gains are in full effect. Lets keep this momentum going into the rest of testing week!

B. Every 1:30 for (8sets)

1 x clean pull

1 x power clean

C. 3:00 AMRAP

3 Burpees

6 Air Squats

9 Russian kettlebell swings (53/35)

Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off when the last ended.
