B. Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes (three sets) of:

Station 1 – Weighted strict pull-up x 3 reps (goal is to establish a 3RM by third set)

Station 2 – Nose to wall handstand hold x 60 seconds

Station 3 – Weighted front plank x 60 seconds (accumulate 1:00 if you’re unable to go UB)

C. 12:00 AMRAP
