Keeping it constantly varied with some Frenchie planks.

A. Warm-up Coach’s choice

B. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):

Staiton 1 – Back Squat x 6 reps @ 31X1

Station 2 – Supinated-Grip Bent-Over Row x 8-10 reps @ 2111

Station 3 – Single-Leg Hip Bridge x 15 reps each leg @ 2112

C. Eight rounds for time:

5 Single arm DB thrusters (50/35)

5 pull-ups

First round do 5 DB thrusters with right arm. Second round do 5 DB thrusters with left arm. Switching arms each round. (so you end up doing a total of 20 right arm thrusters / 20 left arm thrusters).
