A. Warm-up: coach’s choice
B. AMRAP 15:00 in teams of two, with one person working at a time to complete full rounds of the following:
100-meter sprint
15 American kettlebell swings (53/35)
10 OHS with bumper plate (25/10) (if athlete cannot OHS w plate, hold it out in front with arms extended for squat)
Record team’s total rounds and reps. Partial run does not count as a rep.
C. Three sets:
Banded hamstring curls x 12 – 15 reps
Kettlebell oblique side bends x 15 – 20 reps
Front plank off rings x 1:00 or floor x 1:30
Rest 1:30 between each round
