REMINDER: All classes will run as scheduled Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018, despite Tropical Storm Olivia. If any last-minute cancellations occur, we will post them separately, so please check the website before heading to class.

Station 1 – Barbell glute hip bridge AHAP x 10-12 reps @ 11×3

Station 2 – DB death march AHAP x 50 feet 

Station 3 – Front plank x 1:00-1:30

C. Four sets for max reps of:

45 seconds of wall balls (20/14) to 10’

15 seconds rest

45 seconds of sit-ups with med ball (20/14)

15 seconds rest
