B. In teams of two, For time:
100 calorie bike (switch every 10 calories)
100 calorie row (switch every 10 calories)
100 wall-balls (switch every 10 reps)
1,000 meter run with med ball (20/14) (switch every 100 meters)
You may start at a different station if there is not enough bikes
40 minute time cap
