The sign-up sheet will be up tomorrow for our first ever in-house open! Starting on Friday, October 11th all Friday classes will be doing the CrossFit Open workout which will be announced on the Thursday before. There will be a total of 5 workouts with the last one taking place on Friday November 8th. All you have to do is sign up and come to all of the workouts. This is free and if you go to all five workouts you get a free custom shirt or tank! To put a fun twist on things we will be putting athletes on different teams. Many more details to follow.
