Hope all the mom’s in the box had a fabulous (and delicious) Mother’s Day. What a perfect opportunity to have a cheat day right? And speaking of food here’s an interesting article to digest by Greg Everett in response to one of Kelly Starrett’s. Check it out…. Squatting with toes forward -vs- toes out. It’s long but worth the read.

Thanks to all of you who have expressed interest in helping put on this big event. Here are a few things we will need. If you can loan or gather any of these it will be greatly appreciated.
• Large ice chests
• Nice water coolers (we’ll pass on the orange igloo’s)
• Large buffet-type serving bowls, platters and chaffing dishes (preferably white or metal)
• Kiawe wood for the imu
• 10’x10′ pop up tents
• Camping tents, camping pads and bedding for off island visitors
• Sign up for food prep and/or set up help.
