Warm up will consist of some skill work with the kettlebells.
WOD: 5 rounds for time
- Hard sprint up the incline, down the bleachers
- 10 walking lunges with KB
- 10 KB snatches (each arm)
- 10 K2E

The box is really taking shape! Our pull ups bars are installed, the wall ball targets are up, the new lighting is fantastic and the drain in the floor is covered.
Check the board when you arrive for the warm up and get on it!
