Chipper Time! Wed, Dec 1st

Chipper’s are everybody’s favorite and we haven’t done them in a long time. So enjoy!!!

Warm up: “Clean Complex” 3 sets:
3 position clean, then push press
3 position clean, push jerk
3 position clean, push split jerk
Start at about 50% of your 1RM for a clean (best guess is okay!) Add weight each set. The three positions are from the top down: 1st = high hang clean, 2nd = above the knee, and 3rd = from the floor.

WOD: “Chipper!” 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
Deadlift (check the chart to see what your 20 rep max is and consider starting there. If this weight seems to heavy, scale as needed. You will do a total of 84 deadlifts!)
