Snatch! Thurs, Dec 2

Learning how to do a full snatch benefits not only strength but many other athletic attributes, such as flexibility, coordination, foot speed, balance, timing, determination and mental acuity. Today we are going to put all that snatch practice to good use!

Warm up;  3 rounds:
5 wall balls
5 pistol squats (each leg)
5 good mornings

WOD: 7 rounds for time:
7 hang power snatch (as in above video)
7 clapping push ups
7 KB swings
7 thrusters
7 burpees
7 pull ups
7 ring dips
